Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, customer success, or professional services for security vendors.
- Experience in security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or digital risk.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of cyber threats, malware, fraud attack chains, and modern security architectures.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks including SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security solutions.
- Ability to articulate security-driven fraud reduction strategies to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong public-speaking presence for conferences and executive roundtables.
- Technical academic background in cybersecurity or information security is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, Heads of Fraud Management, and Security Leaders at major banks and financial institutions.
- Engage with CISOs to address challenges in perimeter security, external attack mitigation, and real-time fraud management.
- Lead technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) showing integration with enterprise security infrastructure.
- Collaborate with fraud teams to ensure alignment between cyber-first approaches and fraud risk management strategies.
- Lead technology deep dive meetings in coordination with Product Specialists.
- Represent the company at key industry events, security roundtables, and expert discussions.
- Report key market insights and customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams.
- Support value proposition fine-tuning and contribute to RFI/RFP responses and security assessments.
