Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, experience design, service design, or related disciplines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across web, mobile, services, or complex digital products.
- Experience conducting research and transforming insights into user journeys, interactions, content structures, and design decisions.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Experience contributing to design systems and scalable digital experiences.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern UX design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to create clear experience narratives through journey mapping, content hierarchy, and UX writing.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, content, and design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with confidence presenting UX rationale to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research activities including interviews, usability testing, heuristic reviews, and competitive analysis.
- Translate research findings into actionable UX recommendations, user journeys, information architecture, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive and accessible interactions to improve usability and overall product experience.
- Collaborate with visual designers and developers to ensure alignment with technical requirements.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of design systems, UX frameworks, and scalable design practices.
- Develop experience narratives and content structures connecting user needs, business objectives, and brand goals.
- Present UX concepts and design decisions to internal teams and clients.
- Support junior designers through feedback and mentoring.
- Experiment with AI-enabled tools to improve research, ideation, and prototyping workflows.
