Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong experience using CRM platforms for inbound pipeline nurture (Hubspot, salesforce, Zoho, etc).
- Prior B2C sales or customer-facing experience highly preferred.
- Strong closing skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written), with a near-native Australian, American, or highly neutral accent.
- Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly.
- Self-driven, competitive, and comfortable working in a target-driven remote environment.
- Strong follow-up discipline, organization, and time management.
- Genuine care, empathy, and patience towards students and parents.
- High attention to detail in invoicing and scheduling.
- Highly receptive to feedback.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through warm inbound leads only.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and sales prospecting tools.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions and programs.
- Follow up leads consistently to move opportunities through the enrolment process.
- Confidently handle objections and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead, pipeline, and enrolment records.
- Collaborate with the team to improve conversion rates and sales processes.
- Consistently work toward enrolment and revenue targets.
