Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of Mendix development experience preferred.
- Advanced and Expert Mendix Certifications preferred.
- Proven experience designing Mendix applications including workflows, data models, and automation.
- Strong understanding of process-driven applications and system design.
- Consulting or client-facing experience.
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project environments.
- Ability to mentor developers and guide technical delivery on projects.
- Strong technical leadership and ability to uncover opportunities that deepen client value.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of scalable Mendix solutions, translating business requirements into well-structured applications, workflows, integrations, and data models.
- Serve as the lead developer on design projects and Ongoing Development Plan engagements, guiding development efforts and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Optimize application performance, usability, and maintainability through sound system design, data modeling, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, communicate technical concepts, and guide platform decisions.
- Collaborate with project managers to maintain scope discipline, delivery timelines, and project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand or enhance Mendix solutions to improve client operations.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance that strengthens team capability and promotes structured problem-solving.
