Requirements
- Experience in program management, product management, business operations, or strategy-and-ops roles.
- Strong background in project/program discipline and running structured delivery cadences.
- Solid business modeling skills (revenue, cost, margin) using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve messy cross-functional problems.
- High degree of AI fluency with experience shipping automations or agent workflows (n8n, Make, custom scripts).
- Ability to read JSON, basic SQL, and webhook/API documentation.
- Strong data analytics and business intelligence skills using tools like Looker or Power BI.
- Experience in smaller or scale-stage business environments preferred.
- MBA or equivalent cross-functional breadth is a plus.
- Prior founder experience is a plus.
- Background in media, content, or adjacent businesses is a plus.
- Direct FP&A or finance experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end build of zero-to-one initiatives, including costing, lead time, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
- Install project discipline across leadership initiatives by managing scope, owners, timelines, and tracking.
- Act as a business-case clearinghouse to pressure-test new product or team proposals for leadership.
- Support the VP Finance on FP&A for new products, including revenue projections and cost/sensitivity analysis.
- Design and stand up scorecards and dashboards to monitor performance.
- Act as architect for new team or department spin-ups, including scoping and organizational design.
- Unblock the COO by managing complex cross-functional projects.
