Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including Staff or Principal level roles.
- Proven experience building investment cases and financial models to shape executive-level business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder discovery initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience coaching or mentoring senior product managers.
- Experience shipping complex, large-scale integrations with third-party partners.
- Technical confidence and the ability to collaborate effectively as a peer with senior engineers.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development workflows.
- Experience with hotel distribution, OTAs, or connectivity technology is considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the product direction for a critical part of how Mews connects hotels to the global distribution ecosystem.
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for one of Mews' most ambitious 2026 product initiatives, including building the investment case.
- Drive portfolio-level prioritisation and construct ROI and risk models to influence investment decisions.
- Act as an external voice for Mews within the hotel distribution industry, engaging with OTAs and channel-manager communities.
- Coach and mentor senior PMs to raise product standards and discovery practices across the tribe.
- Manage the most complex discovery work by defining how data and experimentation turn into decisions.
- Make critical integration trade-offs in partnership with senior engineers and external partners.
