Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience building digital consumer products.
- 1–2 years of experience working in AI-enabled product development environments.
- Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset for consumer-facing experiences.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Proven ability to create prototypes, PRDs, and specs using AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong analytical and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape products in emerging spaces.
- Experience building AI products powered by LLMs or conversational interfaces is a plus.
- Background in healthcare, healthtech, wellness, or patient engagement is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategy for AI-powered patient engagement experiences.
- Identify high-impact patient problems and prioritize AI-driven solutions.
- Design personalized healthcare journeys tailored to different patient needs and profiles.
- Work on LLM-powered experiences, including conversational interfaces and prompt optimization.
- Analyze conversational data and product metrics to improve AI-generated responses.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and PRD creation.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and AI teams.
