5+ years of Product Management experience building digital consumer or marketplace products.
Strong product thinking and a user-centric mindset connecting decisions to business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
Extreme ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Fluency in SQL and ability to query large datasets independently.
Strong analytical and experimentation skills with a data-driven approach.
Understanding of metrics driving subscription marketplaces (churn, retention, activation, ARPU, LTV).
Understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily product workflows.
Ability to move quickly from research and discovery to execution.

Own Doctor Success strategy, focusing on retention, churn reduction, and increasing doctor bookings.
Partner with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to manage customer journeys from onboarding through renewal.
Define business logic for search ranking, relevance, and matching to balance patient experience with commercial objectives.
Manage the roadmap for paid visibility products like First Class and Media360 to demonstrate ROI to clients.
Use SQL and analytics tools to perform independent data analysis and validate product decisions.
Instrument products, define KPIs, and drive an experimentation culture through A/B testing.
Utilize AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) daily to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Design, and country teams.
