Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant contract, commercial operations, or related experience, preferably within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams toward strong performance outcomes.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
- Experience analyzing data, maintaining data quality, and using reporting tools to support business decisions.
- Ability to review, interpret, and manage complex commercial terms and agreements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and implement practical solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and audit commercial contract data capture processes to ensure system accuracy.
- Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management including storage, renewals, compliance, and reporting.
- Oversee GPO/IDN membership activities and execute timely fee reporting.
- Identify and implement automation and system enhancements to improve contract management.
- Maintain accurate pricing information to support enterprise order accuracy.
- Support financial and legal audits to streamline documentation and compliance.
- Identify contract-related business risks and develop mitigation controls.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team while managing performance and operational effectiveness.
