Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with ERP implementations, optimization projects, or enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms, including functional configuration and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP processes, particularly within finance and accounting functions.
  • Experience documenting functional and technical specifications.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Knowledge of data migration, ERP governance, system documentation, and implementation methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, and delivery oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience developing training materials and delivering user training.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, remote, and cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, coordinate, and manage NetSuite adaptation projects, including schedules, timelines, resources, procurement activities, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for ERP-related questions, support needs, and solution discussions across global teams.
  • Collaborate with business managers, directors, and executive stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Promote ERP solutions and processes aligned with global design standards and industry best practices.
  • Identify legacy processes and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, and strategic recommendations by synthesizing complex business and technical information.
  • Manage project milestones, deliverables, performance indicators, and service-level expectations.
  • Support ERP governance initiatives, including finance controls, IT policies, and data management standards.
  • Assist with onboarding new subsidiaries and acquired businesses into the global ERP environment.
  • Lead and support data migration activities, system configuration, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.
