Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience creating and implementing SOPs for warehouse operations.
- 8+ years of experience analyzing warehouse processes and developing actionable solutions.
- 8+ years of experience mapping current and future-state processes.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP WM and EWM.
- Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Strong project management skills to lead complex operational initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
- Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead assessments of warehouse and supply chain processes focusing on SAP WM/EWM environments.
- Develop process maps, identify bottlenecks, and recommend strategies to enhance performance.
- Design and implement practical, error-proof SOPs aligned with SAP best practices.
- Facilitate client workshops and gather operational requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to integrate new processes and technologies.
- Guide and coach Junior Operations Consultants on project delivery and training materials.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement.
- Travel up to 50% to client sites to support operational evaluations and implementations.
