Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with a degree; or 5-7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- Experience owning deliverables and solving moderately complex problems.
- Demonstrated experience creating/updating SOPs in warehouse settings.
- SAP WM/EWM functional proficiency (configuration or mapping understanding).
- Experience or exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Strong facilitation skills to translate technical concepts into usable SOP language.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 50% annually.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstream-level process assessments and translate findings into improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with supply chain staff and floor leaders to identify operational challenges.
- Facilitate workshops to capture decisions and update SOPs.
- Develop end-to-end current/future state process maps and identify process bottlenecks.
- Produce SOPs and supporting job aids while partnering with training teams.
- Track performance metrics and support audits to ensure SOP compliance.
- Mentor junior consultants and perform quality assurance on documentation.
- Travel to client sites up to 50% annually to evaluate operations.
