- 8+ years of technical experience in security or software engineering.
- 3+ years of leadership experience as a formal people manager.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams across varying time zones.
- Deep understanding of security fundamentals including vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring.
- Proficiency in secure coding practices, cloud security, and network security.
- Ability to write scripting-level code in Python, Go, or bash.
- Experience with SIEM tools, security scanning, and monitoring platforms.
- Strong communication and influence skills for navigating complex organizational structures.
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of complex security challenges.
- Commitment to completing an in-person onboarding process.
