Requirements
- BA or equivalent knowledge in Finance or a related field.
- Typically requires 5 years of experience.
- Proven analytical skills, including ability to manage large databases.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Ability to identify and solve problems creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work within deadlines with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Organize, implement, and manage physician compensation plans and projects.
- Design, develop, and utilize financial monitoring tools.
- Perform quantitative analysis and provide guidance on trends and variance analysis.
- Lead consultations with PSAs and Service Line leaders to design tools for engagement and transparency.
- Provide counsel and assistance to physician compensation staff.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff on compensation procedures and policies.
- Audit and maintain physician labor tracking systems.
- Develop and improve physician compensation report automation.
- Conduct accurate compensation calculations, analyses, and evaluations.
- Determine fair market value for internal and external candidates.
