Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of account experience in a creative agency environment working with pharmaceutical brands.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently.
- Demonstrated ability to own campaign execution independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools.
- Experienced implementing AI to support efficiency in work.
- Ability and willingness to travel for occasional in-person team meetings (approximately 10% annually).
- Experience with workflow and review tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Ziflow (or similar platforms).
Responsibilities
- Own and execute patient engagement campaigns from kickoff through launch and measurement.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for owned campaigns to build strong client and internal relationships.
- Manage campaign setup, quality control, and reporting with independence.
- Identify process improvements and provide recommendations on campaign strategy.
- Support the onboarding and mentorship of associates and new team members.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
