Requirements
- 3 years plus previous experience in IT administration and/or technical support.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience with network, workstation, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Demonstrated experience with web and internet technologies.
- Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.
- Hardware: Windows 11 (Intel i5/i7 8th gen+ or AMD Ryzen 5/7 2000+) or macOS 12+.
- 8GB RAM minimum, HD webcam, quality noise-cancellation headset, 2nd monitor, and smartphone for Microsoft Authenticator.
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
- Ability to work full time, 40 hours a week (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday).
- Ability to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
Responsibilities
- Perform Remote Standards and Alignment Reviews.
- Maintain, update, and phase out assigned Clients Standards templates.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of assigned Clients’ environments.
- Conduct thorough checking, updating and accuracy of Clients’ information and documentation.
- Identify Client technical risk and collaborate with internal teams appropriately.
- Proactively maintain and improve Clients’ infrastructure remotely.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in the training, mentoring and development of staff.
