Requirements
- 3-5 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Intune).
- Experience with identity and access management (Okta preferred), SSO, and role-based access.
- Proven experience building automation for IT tasks (scripting or workflow tools).
- Experience supporting compliance activities like SOC 2, ISO, or HIPAA.
- Comfortable working with multiple ticketing and workflow systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills on macOS.
- Ability to communicate clearly and document processes effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own tier 1-2 support across hardware, software, SaaS apps, and remote connectivity.
- Execute employee lifecycle workflows and improve steps through automation.
- Administer identity and access management, including provisioning and SSO.
- Maintain device fleet health via MDM for compliance, patching, and configuration.
- Support SOC 2, ISO, and HIPAA compliance through evidence collection and control adherence.
- Manage requests using tools like Okta, Jira, Notion, and Linear.
- Create and update operational documentation for workflows.
- Partner with People, Security, and Engineering on cross-functional projects.
