Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience scaling DTC brands on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Proven track record taking brands from sub-$50K/month to $200K+ profitably.
- Deep understanding of creative strategy and testing frameworks.
- Experience with or strong interest in affiliate and partnership channels.
- Obsessive about documentation, testing, and systematic learning.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from scratch.
- Proficiency with Notion.
- Ability to work in US time zone (40 hours per week / 8 hours per day).
Responsibilities
- Audit, rebuild, and scale acquisition funnels for 5-10 DTC clients across beauty, fashion, food, and pet verticals.
- Structure and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Work with the Creative team to develop winning angles, iterate on hooks, and test formats.
- Coordinate with CRO, Retention, and Creative teams to ensure cross-channel alignment.
- Pilot and manage affiliate programs and creator partnerships.
- Document experiments and learnings to scale patterns across client accounts.
- Own quarterly acquisition roadmaps for the assigned client portfolio.
