Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant HR systems experience or equivalent experience in HR technology.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, user support, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticket resolution and documentation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- Experience following change-management and segregation-of-duties procedures.
- Ability to manage priorities and provide support in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration across HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
- UKG Pro and/or UKG WFM configuration experience preferred.
- Experience with multi-state U.S. or Canadian payroll or employee-population support preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer assigned systems, modules, workflows, tables, forms, reports, and business processes.
- Monitor, triage, document, and resolve support tickets according to service expectations.
- Author approved routine and intermediate configuration changes in the test environment.
- Execute unit validation and migration of approved changes to production.
- Maintain data integrity, support validation, and conduct data audits.
- Create and maintain process guides, job aids, and configuration documentation.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Total Rewards, and IT stakeholders.
