Requirements

- Strong academic record may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work through dynamic operational conditions.
- Ability to make critical decisions around sensitive issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Adjudicate background checks accurately while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Investigate and resolve internal and external escalations regarding background checks in a timely manner.
- Identify, investigate, and drive background check issues to full resolution.
- Execute repetitive operational tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Surface and action process improvement opportunities to increase team efficiency and scalability.
