Requirements

- 4+ years leading technical projects across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Shape the technical direction of the Web Experience platform, including full-stack systems and AI-powered product experiences.
- Design and build end-to-end features, spanning customer-facing experiences, backend services, and supporting infrastructure.
- Scale systems and foundations to support increased product usage and AI adoption while maintaining reliability and quality.
- Standardize patterns and raise technical standards through code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership on high-leverage projects and cross-team alignment.
