Requirements
- 5 years of experience in software development with exposure to multiple languages (e.g., TypeScript, C#, HTML, XAML, PowerShell, SQL, Swift).
- Experience developing and deploying software on a major cloud native platform (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Comfortable using automation for development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with paired programming.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical design.
- Must have shipped at least one commercially used software product.
- Ability to participate in product support and on-call rotations.
- Deep understanding of agile development principles.
- Excellent technical communication skills for abstract and complicated topics.
- Ability to travel (company paid) to St. Louis or Atlanta for up to 1 week per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions with 24/7 availability using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) methodologies.
- Utilize serverless computing on Azure for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Build modern applications using TypeScript, React, and NestJS.
- Create automated unit and behavioral tests to ensure software reliability and quality.
- Implement production code daily, incorporating security best practices and efficient rollback mechanisms.
- Develop APIs and protocols for integration with websites, mobile applications, and IoT devices.
