Bachelors Degree
8+ years of account management, relationship-based sales, or similar experience
Proven experience managing complex enterprise relationships
Previous people management responsibilities, including managing managers or leading teams through other leaders
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Interest in data and more quantitative problem solving
Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
A positive attitude and team-based mentality; excellent collaboration skills
Comfortability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings

Own the performance and operations of Vetcove's Clinic Purchasing Platform.
Lead and develop two experienced managers responsible for Account Management and Customer Experience.
Oversee a combined organization of approximately 15 customer-facing professionals.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to prioritize customer needs and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Gather customer and market feedback to help inform commercial strategy, product direction, and long-term investment decisions.
Review and provide guidance on executive-facing customer materials, including proposals, business reviews, strategic plans, and performance updates.
Continuously improve the processes, metrics, and operating rhythms used by the Account Management and Customer Experience organizations.
Conduct regular business reviews with your managers to evaluate account health, identify opportunities and risks.
