Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment preferred.
- Fresh graduates of Human Resources or Psychology are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong internship experience in HR or Recruitment is highly preferred.
- Experience in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is a plus.
- Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead prospecting and headhunting efforts to nurture relationships and build long-term pipelines.
- Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications.
- Take hands-on ownership of role coordination to manage progress, blockers, and outcomes.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines.
- Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates.
- Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
