Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting.
- Exposure to HR or people operations.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently (sourcing, screening, closing).
- Experience working with HRIS and ATS tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
- Experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS or Salesforce ecosystem company (preferred).
- Familiarity with PEOs or multi-state employment compliance (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process from intake through offer negotiation.
- Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines using an ATS.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Administer benefits and provide policy support to employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across US states.
- Identify and implement improvements for recruiting and HR workflows.
- Partner with the VP of People Operations to build scalable processes.
