Responsibilities
- Meticulously test the Popl Dashboard and mobile app to ensure all updates, features, and bug fixes perform flawlessly.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to communicate issues and verify fixes.
- Provide frontline support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and help users get the most out of Popl.
- Organize and prioritize feature requests and bug reports to help guide our product roadmap.
