Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, data-quality assurance, or business analysis.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Hands-on ability to build, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests.
- Proficiency with SQL data-validation queries, joins, and relational databases.
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and user stories.
- Understanding of ETL processes and source-to-target validation.
- Familiarity with testing applications, reports, APIs, and data services.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Review business and technical requirements to develop test conditions and validation strategies.
- Support requirements development through user stories, backlog refinement, and process analysis.
- Build, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests for healthcare data, APIs, and UIs.
- Validate data-ingestion and ETL processes against transformation rules.
- Write SQL queries to investigate data quality and identify inconsistent records.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Document results, risks, and defects while maintaining requirement traceability.
- Partner with developers and product owners to resolve complex data and application issues.
