Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience building payment platforms or fintech products.
- Proven track record of owning strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Deep understanding of identity workflows, compliance requirements, and fraud/loss mitigation.
- Experience building or managing API-based products and developer-facing platforms.
- Experience contributing to products that serve users across multiple geographies, currencies, or regulatory environments.
- Strong ability to define product strategy, success criteria, and roadmap while managing competing priorities.
- Experience building strong partnerships across Product, operations, compliance, finance, and legal organizations.
- Technical background in multi-rail payment processing and operations (preferred).
- Experience scaling digital wallets and identity services (preferred).
- Experience with AI prototypes in product development (preferred).
- Experience scaling products from 0 to 1 (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Payment Accounts area.
- Define and build new platform capabilities and initiatives from the ground up.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to execute cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage requirements for logical account structures and external account orchestration.
- Partner on account receivables and loss-reduction initiatives to improve user experience.
- Analyze account-related user data to inform identity graph profiles and risk management.
- Resolve account frictions and compliance information requirements for diverse user types.
