Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production-grade software and explaining technical implementation details.
- Ability to operate effectively in messy or ambiguous customer-facing environments.
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks including TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong backend skills using Python, Pydantic, and Django/FastAPI.
- Experience managing data and security, specifically Postgres, migrations, and tenant scoping.
- Knowledge of AI system integration including agentic workflows, evals, and multi-model orchestration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong analytical skills to separate facts, inferences, and risks in technical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Run customer discovery and workflow shadowing to identify core constraints and user needs.
- Implement production-ready product slices across frontend, backend, data, and integrations.
- Write tests and maintain rigorous documentation to ensure customer demos are backed by evidence.
- Communicate technical tradeoffs, risks, and roadmap progress to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify reusable patterns from field work to improve product speed, safety, and onboarding.
- Manage ambiguous work end-to-end, from initial discovery to final rollout.
