Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8+ years of finance management consulting experience focused on finance strategy, transformation, operating models, process improvement, program management, or technology implementations.
- 3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing consulting teams.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting functions, transformation methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience leading client engagements, managing workstreams, and delivering complex transformation initiatives.
- Strong project and program management skills, including planning, execution tracking, risk management, communication, and change management.
- Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with analytics, automation, and technology solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, Python, VBA, or SQL.
- Understanding of AI technologies and experience applying AI solutions to improve workflows or finance operations.
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting proposals, business development, and client growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client engagements, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Advise finance and accounting leaders on transformation strategies, operating model improvements, process optimization, and technology enablement.
- Manage consulting teams by providing coaching, mentorship, feedback, and support.
- Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, and deliverables.
- Support business development activities, including proposals and sales pursuits.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives including shared services optimization and technology implementations.
- Incorporate AI technologies into consulting approaches to improve workflows and business processes.
- Manage project governance, including workplans, milestone tracking, risk management, and change management.
