Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related marketing leadership roles.
- Proven experience working within staffing agencies, recruitment firms, RPO companies, or similar workforce solutions environments.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, enterprise sales cycles, and lead generation processes.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling demand generation engines.
- Experience managing paid acquisition channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance through KPIs, dashboards, and attribution models.
- Ability to translate marketing data into actionable business insights.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with sales teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies across paid media, outbound, inbound marketing, partnerships, content, and SEO.
- Drive qualified lead generation initiatives targeting staffing and recruitment buyers.
- Design and improve demand generation programs that increase pipeline contribution and customer acquisition.
- Optimize the full marketing funnel from lead generation through conversion, improving MQL-to-SQL and closed-won performance.
- Partner closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Develop account-based marketing strategies to engage high-value prospects and strategic accounts.
- Analyze campaign performance, build reporting dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve return on investment.
