Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Experience collaborating with Supply Chain, Marketing, Services, and Finance departments.
- Ability to influence at all levels within a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, corporate objectives, and resource availability.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain impacts and interdependencies.
- Strong financial foresight, problem-solving, and scenario-building expertise.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience across at least two supply chain functional areas is preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt and Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with CX, finance, supply chain, sales, and marketing departments to align service offers with operational goals.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create accurate forecasts tied to CX bookings and offer strategy.
- Monitor and report on IBP process performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead executive meetings to review performance, resolve issues, and make strategic decisions.
- Identify potential planning risks and develop mitigation strategies.
