Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience in B2B software sales or the real estate industry.
- Fluency in using online CRM platforms.
- Track record of high achievement.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with selling over the phone.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- High-level work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Ability to prioritize and handle time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential Ylopo customers.
- Close net new Tier 3 and Tier 2 accounts.
- Effectively handle inbound lead allocation.
- Shadow senior AE demos.
- Work closely with the team on support and allocation for <$2k budget leads.
- Negotiate and present business cases to close new clients.
- Demonstrate technology platform functionality to support client business growth.
- Track key data in the CRM platform.
