Requirements
- BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, etc.).
- Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT workflows.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage ambiguous, cross-functional projects.
- MS or PhD is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to address high-impact business questions.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches and recommendations.
- Develop performance measurement frameworks and KPIs.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
- Build predictive models, forecasting solutions, and optimization algorithms.
- Write complex SQL queries and build executive dashboards for self-service analytics.
- Develop and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering to deploy analytical models into production.
