Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
- 2-5 years of experience in finance, strategy, operations, or data analytics.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a high-growth startup.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to connect financial insights to business strategy.
- Excellent analytical rigor for solving complex data and operational challenges.
- Proven ability to own initiatives from start to finish with minimal direction.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience leveraging automation and systems integration to improve scalability.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex data into clear financial narratives that inform leadership decisions.
- Partner with executives to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and investment trade-offs.
- Lead financial oversight of the quote-to-cash process, partnering with Sales and Operations.
- Develop and maintain revenue analytics, reporting, and forecasting frameworks.
- Design and automate a company-wide KPI package, ensuring a single source of truth across systems.
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Controller to manage the close-to-forecast cycle and improve forecast accuracy.
