Requirements

3-5 years of enterprise experience in SaaS renewals, account management, customer success, or sales.
Proven experience managing a high-volume book of business (100+ customers).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple renewals in a quarter.
Ability to communicate, present to, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
Experience with lifecycle marketing and driving product adoption via scaled engagements.
Track record of implementing programmatic solutions and automation.
Data-driven mindset with strong numeracy skills and value-based selling abilities.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce and ChurnZero (or similar Customer Success platforms) strongly preferred.
Experience in marketing automation or direct mail is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage post-sales activity and renewals for a high-volume SMB/MM book of business.
Collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate churn and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain an accurate annual renewal forecast and communicate risks to internal teams.
Develop and execute end-to-end programs focused on product adoption and customer retention.
Utilize high-touch and one-to-many tactics to deliver personalized consultations and articulate value.
Iterate on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies using customer data analysis.
Partner with Revenue, Product, and Finance teams to share customer feedback.
