Requirements
- 7+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integrations-focused implementation roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 3+ years in a people management.
- Hands-on experience architecting and/or overseeing integrations using iPaaS tools (Workato, Kombo, or similar).
- Track record of shipping integrations at scale, rather than just one-off custom builds.
- Demonstrated proficiency in driving AI adoption to automate workflows and create an environment of experimentation.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a Technical Consulting team responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex integrations using iPaaS tools like Workato and Kombo.
- Drive AI adoption across the team to automate workflows, increase efficiency, and keep up with customer demand.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and guide the team's build-versus-buy and partner-versus-internal decisions.
- Develop the team's technical bench and oversee SI onboarding and certification.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on connector roadmaps and technical feasibility for custom builds.
- Partner with Pre and Post-sales teams to scope integrations work for new and existing business.
- Manage deep technical escalations, quickly de-escalating friction for customers and partners.
