Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, workforce planning, or capacity management roles
- Proven experience managing workforce models or staffing frameworks
- Deeply analytical skills with the ability to use data to solve complex resourcing challenges
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Strong systems mindset with ability to build processes that scale
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a startup environment
- Strong cross-team communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, tech, or service delivery environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Own workforce capacity modeling and forecasting based on user growth, enrollment trends, and care delivery expectations
- Collaborate with Care leadership to define and monitor productivity, caseload distribution, and resourcing strategy
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to anticipate upcoming needs and proactively plan staffing accordingly
- Analyze performance and utilization metrics to surface operational improvements
- Create scalable tools, dashboards, and workflows that align people and process across the care journey
- Support hiring plans, onboarding ramp timelines, and ongoing performance monitoring
