Job Details

At least 1 year of experience supporting enterprise workforce programs, contingent workforce operations, or HR Operations.
Proven experience with EOR, AOR, worker classification, or global workforce programs.
Strong understanding of U.S. contingent workforce practices and labor-related operational processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with enterprise-facing experience.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Proficiency in working across multiple technology platforms and enterprise systems.
Strong operational judgment and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
High ownership and attention to detail.
Daily practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Preferred: Experience with VMS platforms like Vndly, SAP Fieldglass, or Beeline.
Preferred: Experience supporting programs across the Americas.
Preferred: CCWP, PHR, or SPHR certification.

Serve as the primary day-to-day operational lead for assigned enterprise clients.
Build trusted relationships with program sponsors, HR, procurement, and hiring managers.
Lead weekly operational meetings and maintain proactive stakeholder communication.
Own the end-to-end worker onboarding experience from offer acceptance to program entry.
Coordinate worker classification workflows and partner with compliance specialists to resolve complex situations.
Manage operational escalations, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions across internal teams.
Produce recurring operational reporting, dashboards, and Quarterly Business Review insights.
Identify and implement improvements to SOPs, playbooks, and internal workflows using AI tools.
