Requirements
- Bachelor degree required; Master's or MBA preferred
- 4 years of pharmaceuticals, managed markets consulting, or managed markets agency experience
- Experience in sales, managed care, marketing, and/or managed care analytics
- Defined experience within commercial strategy
- Demonstrable leadership and influence in sizable, multi-disciplined teams
- Ability to understand and assess client needs and ensure results are implemented
- Experience developing relationships with senior-level managers and executives
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in project management software
- Working knowledge of relational database technology and data analysis tools (SQL, SAS, SPSS, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Broad understanding of contracts and business levers in managed markets
- Ability to travel 15-50% of the time
Responsibilities
- Manage projects including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of client solutions
- Leverage business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions
- Proactively mentor, coach and share subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities
- Serve as key point of contact with clients, managing the process of proposal preparation and bid integrity
- Provide follow-up with clients after project deliverables to ensure satisfaction
- Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market
- Provide direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams
- Identify business development opportunities and coordinate follow up efforts
- Ensure the development of client records and presentations and deliver key portions of findings to clients
