Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing multi-project portfolios.
- Current PMP certification.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Strong financial acumen connecting portfolio data to business value realization.
- Proficiency in synthesizing portfolio-level insights from multiple data sources.
- Excellent virtual facilitation and collaboration skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to attend virtual team meetings regularly on camera.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery readiness for new projects including governance setup and sales handoff.
- Identify, assess, and manage project-level risks across the assigned portfolio using RAID logs.
- Own project financials, including revenue tracking, margin management, and forecasting.
- Serve as the immediate escalation point for complex project roadblocks.
- Design and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate and report delivery health to Delivery Managers and Account teams.
- Select and onboard Project Managers and ensure team adherence to delivery methodology.
