Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or contact center operations.
- Expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and BPO management.
- Deep understanding of operational performance metrics.
- Experience working with AI or machine learning tools in an operational context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Bi, Quicksight).
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Business Administration preferred.
- Familiarity with GoDaddy products and services preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting and workload management across multiple channels, queues, and teams.
- Analyze operational performance and business trends using statistical modeling and AI-driven insights.
- Deliver actionable reporting and ad hoc analyses to inform business decisions and financial planning.
- Partner with Operations and multi-functional teams to optimize performance and achieve customer experience objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through process enhancements and AI-enabled solutions.
- Influence strategic decision-making by mentoring peers and mitigating operational risks.
