Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in business analysis, supply chain consulting, digital transformation, or technology implementation.
- Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain operations (demand planning, inventory, logistics, etc.).
- Proven experience in client-facing consulting and supporting presales activities.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation.
- Understanding of enterprise application landscapes such as ERP systems and planning platforms.
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Lucidchart.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Support presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solution narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate operational challenges into data-enabled supply chain solutions.
- Facilitate client discovery sessions, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and document functional specifications and user stories.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements to enhance supply chain visibility.
- Support UAT planning, test case development, and defect resolution.
