Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or supply chain transformation.
- Strong domain knowledge in planning, logistics, manufacturing, inventory, or warehousing.
- Proven experience leading client-facing consulting engagements involving complex data and systems.
- Hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lucidchart, and Visio.
- Experience contributing to presales, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into practical technology-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end presales activities, including RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate client workshops.
- Analyze current-state business processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with solution architects to design supply chain planning and execution systems.
- Manage client relationships and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Support UAT planning, testing, and deployment to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
