Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience leading at least 2 end-to-end project implementations as a BA.
- Business Process Reengineering experience in the Finance industry.
- Experience developing and maintaining processes for gathering requirements, prototyping, UAT, and project implementation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience mentoring less senior team members.
- Basic knowledge of web technology.
- Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) preferred.
- Ability to write complex SQL/PLSQL queries preferred.
- Basic understanding of Java technologies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise data strategy, governance, and long-term architecture standards.
- Translate business needs into scalable data solutions by partnering with product and engineering teams.
- Lead complex, cross-domain data analysis initiatives to support executive decision-making.
- Define and implement data standards for traceability, lineage, and quality.
- Manage application backlogs, risks, and project delivery quality.
- Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert across multiple domains.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to align AI/ML approaches with business objectives.
