Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a senior finance role.
- Solid working knowledge of LucaNet for consolidations and reporting layouts.
- Highly proficient in Excel.
- Experience using BI tools like Looker for data analysis and business performance monitoring.
- Strong background in accounting or related finance field with deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Familiarity with standard SaaS and subscription metrics.
- Uncompromising eye for detail and data integrity.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end monthly reporting process, from topline performance updates to consolidated management P&L and Cash Flow statements.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles with accurate revenue projections and cost structures.
- Perform regular data health checks between backend systems and Looker to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to provide ad-hoc analysis and strategic insights.
- Maintain and update financial views within LucaNet to ensure accurate reflection of accounting postings.
- Participate in senior leadership meetings to provide technical financial context and KPI analysis.
