- Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship building.
- Experience creating project plans and documenting processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Experience managing internal and external teams.
- Familiarity with Webflow and understanding of web design principles (plus).
- Understanding of website development project lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and deliverables.
- Manage project documentation, task lists, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee QA processes to maintain high-quality standards for deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while solving complex delivery issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and facilitate regular meetings.
- Represent the client's needs and vision within internal team meetings.
- Lead the management of retainer clients and coordinate ongoing priorities.
