Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2-8 years of work experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain.
- Deep understanding of Marketing, Sales, and New Business Development commodities.
- Advanced/Expert Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formatting, and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in multiple e-sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, Procuri, Iasta, Zycus).
- Ability to execute and manage reverse auctions with minimal supervision.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Understanding of total cost ownership and pricing structures.
- Ability to follow process guidelines without supervision.
- Strong client management and escalation resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end sourcing projects including spend analysis, RFx development, publishing, and supplier management.
- Conduct supplier orientations, training, and follow-ups to ensure milestone compliance.
- Perform in-depth proposal analysis, facilitate evaluations, and present concise summaries to clients.
- Manage contract creation including Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Order Forms.
- Develop and customize sourcing templates and suggest process improvement efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Client Category Managers to determine sourcing strategy and methodology.
- Mentor and train team members while providing quality control on peer projects.
