Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in cloud or on-prem environments.
- Deep expertise in large language models, distributed training, inference optimization, agentic systems, and classical ML.
- Fluency with the modern AI stack (PyTorch, vLLM, Ray, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Spark, Snowflake, and Kafka.
- Proven ability to scope and carry out research projects independently.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with large-scale AI infrastructure (GPU clusters, high-performance storage).
- Experience in customer-facing technical advisory or consulting roles.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and advisory engagements with customers to identify high-value AI use cases.
- Advise on end-to-end AI deployment including model selection, training, inference optimization, and data pipeline design.
- Develop proof-of-value prototypes that translate technical performance into business outcomes.
- Create AI enablement content such as technical walkthroughs, qualification guides, and workshops.
- Present at industry conferences and contribute to technical publications.
- Operate autonomously to scope and drive high-impact initiatives.
