Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful time in senior or staff-level roles.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience designing and operating scalable microservice architectures in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred).
- Strong understanding of GraphQL, event-driven systems (Kafka, SQS), and distributed databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch).
- Proven track record leading high-impact initiatives from concept through production in a SaaS environment.
- Expert-level grasp of software design principles and multi-tenant platform architectures.
- Experience building with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) as a core part of the daily workflow.
- Ability to think in systems and connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with product, design, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive large-scale technical initiatives from concept through production.
- Ship AI-native product experiences leveraging LLMs, agent frameworks, and real-time data.
- Own the architecture of critical platform capabilities, including AI-powered site builder pipelines and multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Shape engineering standards, review practices, and developer tooling while integrating AI agents into workflows.
- Mentor and elevate engineers, coach through complex design problems, and influence career growth.
